has a Global Delivery Model (GDM) framework for distributed
project management over multiple locations. Our Global
Delivery Model is supported by our Offshore Development
Center, and our quality processes, which ensure that
all the risks associated by taking projects offshore,
are minimized and the full benefits of a GDM are maximized.
Our GDM processes include activities that are carried
out onsite at the customer location and offsite at the
Offshore Delivery Center.
We look at onsite and offshore
teams as one Global Delivery Team rather than as

in the system and that the model works as one unit.
